Jacek Santorski and his Partners, Witold Gotowski and Marek Matkowski, specialize in coaching and consulting for company owners, CEOs and Board Presidents, the members of management boards, top-ranking directors and experts. The topics covered include communication, change management, profitable relations, consistent self-presentations, as well as effective influence on those who play the roles of leaders and project co-ordinators. In projects involving coaching for sales managers, we co-operate with Dariusz Duma, the head of Chiltern Consultancy International.

We strive towards improving competencies related to communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, influence and resistance to stress, by solving real life problems and assigning specific tasks. Coaching metrics include the measures of effectiveness in reaching real business objectives, self-assessment, evaluation 360º (and similar) and assessment by the superior (coaching sponsor).
