Level 5 Leaders' Academy

"WE WORK WITH THE BEST FOR THE BEST…"
                                                                              (Jacek Santorski)

Jim Collins (‘Good to Great’), called all professionals who lead teams (in opposition to those who are surrounded by ‘the court’) who implement even the most daring business tasks with the highest precision and efficiency – the Level 5 Leaders.

The Level 5 Leaders are mature, responsible, focused individuals, who are open to others and lead their subordinates and project teams in a sensitive way.

The research carried out by Heike Bruch at the St. Gallen University shows that only 10% of European managers are proactive, full of energy and completely focused on what they do. The purpose of the Leadership Academy is to develop competence to such a level.
